Draft Scouting Report
Wyatt Milum is an experienced four-year starter who has a ton of production and is one of the better pass protectors in the draft. He has excellent technique and heavy hands to displace defenders in both phases. However, he’s a little too stiff in the hips to be a dominant tackle. Overall, Milum is a high-ceiling interior player with good worth ethic and advanced techniques.
- 2024: Consensus All-American
- Four-star starter who did not allow a sack in three seasons since moving from right tackle to left tackle
- Superior pass protector with advanced techniques and ability to change up angles and sets.
- Excellent anchor vs power rushers
- Strong run fits and double teams with ability to displace defenders
- Struggles with athletic edges who can attack him with speed rushes.
- Limited athletically and struggles vs. movement in run blocking
- Not sure tackle is his future; he'll likely be kicked down inside to guard, but having tackle versatility will be a bonus
- 40-yard dash: 5.27 seconds
- Vertical jump: 30 inches
- 20-yard shuttle run: 4.69 seconds
- Broad jump: 9 feet, 0 inches

Jaguars' Wyatt Milum: Jags select experienced Round 3 OL
The Jaguars selected Milum in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 89th overall.
Milum (6-foot-7, 313 pounds) is a player who's likely very skilled at playing offensive line but might not have the necessary frame for his skills to manifest at the NFL level. More specifically, although Milum was a standout four-year starter at West Virginia, including three years at left tackle, Milum lacks the reach to play tackle but is taller than ideal to play guard. Milum's predicament almost exactly describes that of fellow 2025 guard Tate Ratledge, who Detroit selected in Round 2, but Milum might need to find a way to improve his anchor to offset his height at guard.
