Bucks' Kyle Kuzma: Fails to make an impact in loss
Kuzma ended with zero points (0-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 0-2 FT) across 22 minutes during Saturday's 117-98 loss to Indiana in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal-round series.
Kuzma had perhaps the worst performance in his NBA career in Game 1 against Indiana, failing to put any stats on the board for Milwaukee in 22 minutes on the floor. The one-time NBA champion was brought in to help take the Bucks to the next level, playing alongside superstars Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard. Still, he has struggled with his new team, and this historically bad performance is not a good sign heading into Game 2 against the Pacers on Tuesday.

Bucks' Jericho Sims: Part of rotation in playoff opener
Sims (thumb) played 10 minutes Saturday in the Bucks' 117-98 loss to the Pacers in Game 1 of the first-round playoff series, finishing with two rebounds and one block.
After requiring surgery March 17 to repair a torn ligament in his right thumb and missing the final 15 games of the regular season, Sims showed enough improvement over the past week to gain clearance for the Bucks' postseason opener. Though Bobby Portis returned from his 25-game suspension at the tail end of the regular season to bolster the Bucks' frontcourt depth, head coach Doc Rivers was still able to find a spot in the rotation for Sims, who handled a light role off the bench while starting center Brook Lopez was limited to 21 minutes. Unless a 20-to-25-minute role becomes the norm for Lopez, Sims likely won't see his role increase as the series unfolds, and he could even be at risk of falling out of the rotation entirely. Damian Lillard has been cleared to resume on-court work after he had been diagnosed in March with a blood clot in his right calf, and if he's back in action for Game 2 on Tuesday, he would likely poach minutes from Sims and a few other supporting players.

Bucks' AJ Green: Drains five threes in Game 1 loss
Green chipped in 15 points (5-13 FG, 5-11 3Pt), three rebounds and one assist in 27 minutes off the bench during Saturday's 117-98 loss to the Pacers in Game 1 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
The third-year guard was Milwaukee's second-leading scorer on the afternoon behind Giannis Antetokounmpo's 36 points. Green has not made a shot from inside the arc in six straight games, recording all his offense during that stretch on three-point attempts. However, he's been extremely efficient -- over eight appearances in April, he's shooting 53.7 percent from long range.

Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Gets little help in Game 1 loss
Antetokounmpo finished with 36 points (14-23 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 8-15 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal in 38 minutes during Saturday's 117-98 loss to Indiana in Game 1 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
The 30-year-old superstar led all players in points and boards on the afternoon, but only three other Bucks even scored in double digits. Antetokounmpo has scored 30-plus points in nine of his last 11 appearances dating back to March 22 and has recorded at least a double-double in six straight. Still, he'll need more support from the rest of the Milwaukee roster to turn this first-round playoff series around.

Bucks' Damian Lillard: Hopeful to return for Game 2 or 3
Lillard (calf) is expected to return to action next for Tuesday's Game 2 or Friday's Game 3 against the Pacers, Shams Charania of ESPN.com reports.
Lillard was diagnosed with a blood clot in his right calf just over three weeks ago but has made a shockingly quick recovery and was medically cleared Thursday. While Lillard has already been ruled out for Game 1, he participated in his first full practice Thursday. The star guard's return date will ultimately be determined by when he can regain his in-game conditioning.

Bucks' Ryan Rollins: Set to start against Indiana
Rollins is in the starting five for Saturday's Game 1 against the Pacers.
Rollins will reclaim his starting spot from Jamaree Bouyea against Indiana after sitting out Milwaukee's regular-season finale. Rollins has averaged 10.0 points, 3.4 assists and 2.7 rebounds in 24.2 minutes across his previous 10 starting appearances.

Bucks' Pete Nance: Ineligible for playoffs
Nance can't play in the playoffs due to being on a two-way contract for the Bucks.
Nance started in Milwaukee's regular-season finale due to many of the team's typical starters sitting out. However, Nance won't be able to play in the postseason.

Bucks' Pat Connaughton: Returning to bench
Connaughton isn't in the starting five for Saturday's Game 1 against the Pacers.
Connaughton started in Milwaukee's regular-season finale but will head back to the bench due to the team's typical starters returning to action. Connaughton has averaged 4.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 11.3 minutes across his previous 10 appearances coming off the bench.

Bucks' AJ Green: Won't start Saturday
Green isn't in the starting five for Saturday's Game 1 against the Pacers.
Taurean Prince will reclaim his starting spot from Green after sitting out Milwaukee's regular-season finale. Green has averaged 7.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 25.2 minutes across his previous 10 appearances coming off the bench.

Bucks' Bobby Portis: Officially good to go Saturday
Portis (rest) isn't on the injury report for Saturday's Game 1 against the Pacers.
Portis sat out Milwaukee's regular-season finale but is set to play in the team's playoff opener Saturday. Portis should continue to operate as one of the Bucks' primary bench options in the frontcourt.

Bucks' Ryan Rollins: Off injury report for Game 1
Rollins (shoulder) isn't listed on the Bucks' injury report for Saturday's Game 1 against Indiana.
Rollins will return to game action after missing Milwaukee's regular-season finale due to a shoulder injury. The 22-year-old guard has received an increased role of late due to Damian Lillard (calf) being sidelined, averaging 12.3 points, 4.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.0 steals across 24.1 minutes per game in his last 10 appearances (eight starts).
