Sam Young: Retires from NFL
The Raiders placed Young on the reserve/retired list Tuesday.
Young logged seven starts (11 appearances) for the Raiders last season, but the 34-year-old journeyman will now call it a career. He becomes the third player on Las Vegas' roster to retire this training camp, joining James Onwualu and Theo Riddick.

Young started last week's loss to the Buccaneers because Trent Brown was on the reserve/COVID-19 list, but Young ended up leaving early with a knee injury.
