Beckham (knee) is listed as active Sunday at New England.
Beckham joined the Dolphins on May 3, but his debut with the team was delayed to start the season as he continued his recovery from an offseason procedure. The specific body part was clarified to be his knee once the team designated him for return this past week, and he proceeded to put together three straight full practices before the team listed him as questionable for Week 5 action. Miami officially activated Beckham from the reserve/PUP list Saturday and now has cleared him outright one day later upon posting its list of inactives. The Dolphins' passing game doesn't hold much promise with Tyler Huntley and not Tua Tagovailoa (IR, concussion) under center, and Beckham also will have to contend for looks with the team's top WR duo of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, so he may take some time to make an impact.

Dolphins' Odell Beckham: Set to play Sunday
Beckham (knee), who was activated off the reserve/PUP list Saturday, is listed as questionable but is slated to make his season debut Sunday against the Patriots, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Beckham is more of a big name than a fantasy factor at this point in his career, and even if he does still have some juice left in him, Miami's moribund passing attack without Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) will make it difficult to rely on him to deliver useful numbers. The 31-year-old Beckham recorded 565 receiving yards in 14 games with the Ravens in 2023 and likely represents an upgrade over Malik Washington and practice squad call-ups as a No. 3 option at receiver behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Because he just resumed practicing this week after spending the entirety of training camp and the preseason on the PUP list, Beckham will likely be on a limited snap count Week 5.

Dolphins' Odell Beckham: May debut with team Sunday
Beckham (knee), who remains on the reserve/PUP list, is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest in New England.
Since joining the Dolphins on May 3, Beckham kicked off training camp on the active/PUP list due to an undisclosed reason before officially getting moved to reserve/PUP on Aug. 27. The transaction meant the veteran wide receiver must miss at least the first four games of the season, and GM Chris Grier revealed on Aug. 28 that Beckham was recovering for an offseason procedure. Miami officially designated him for return Wednesday, and its first Week 5 practice report revealed him to be dealing with a knee issue. Having said that, he was a full participant all week, seemingly giving him good odds to make his debut with the team Sunday. Coach Mike McDaniel told Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post on Friday that Beckham will have "some modified usage" in his initial outing, which could be Sunday assuming the Dolphins activate him Saturday afternoon, and "there would be an uptick" in work beyond that point.

Dolphins' Odell Beckham: Passing eye test at practice
Dolphins wide receivers coach Wes Welker said Thursday that Beckham (knee) "has looked great" after he practiced in full Wednesday, Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald reports.
Welker said, "in some of the routes on air, he looks like the [Beckham] we've seen." The veteran wideout missed Miami's first four-regular season games while on the PUP list, and while it looks like he's set for another full practice Thursday, the Dolphins haven't yet indicated whether Beckham is expected to be available Sunday versus the Patriots. "We will go through practice and talk about it as a staff and figure out the best case scenario for our team," Welker said. Tyler Huntley will draw another start versus New England. With Braxton Berrios (ankle) and Malik Washington (quadriceps) both limited to begin the week, and four other wide receivers on IR, the Dolphins could use a boost behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.

Beckham (knee) was a full practice participant Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Miami's first practice report of the week confirms that Beckham -- who is on the PUP list -- has been sidelined due to a problem with his knee after specifics regarding his injury hadn't previously been reported. In any case, Beckham's return to practice suggests that khe could be back in action as soon as this Sunday at New England. He won't have much fantasy value while catching passes from backup quarterbacks and competing with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle for snaps and targets, but Beckham could have a bigger role down the line if Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) eventually returns and either Hill or Waddle misses time.

Head coach Mike McDaniel told reporters Tuesday that Beckham (undisclosed) will have his 21-day practice window opened this week, per NFL.com.
Beckham began the season on the PUP list due to an undisclosed injury, but it appears the 31-year-old wide receiver's return to practice is imminent. Once fully healthy, Beckham will have an opportunity to claim the No. 3 wide receiver role right off the bat behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Across 14 regular-season games for the Ravens last season, Beckham posted 35 catches (on 64 targets) for 565 yards and three touchdowns.

Dolphins' Odell Beckham: Practice window could be opened
Beckham, who is bouncing back from an unspecified offseason procedure, is on track to have his 21-day practice window opened this coming week, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
That said, while Beckham (who is on the PUP list) appears to be trending toward a return to practice, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero notes that things remain fluid in terms of the wideout's status and his return timeline has yet to be determined. Dolphins' Odell Beckham: Making progress in recovery
Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said Tuesday he's seen "good progress" from Beckham (undisclosed), adding that he feels optimistic the veteran wide receiver will be ready to practice when eligible after Week 4, Alain Poupart of SI.com reports.
McDaniel said Beckham has avoided any setbacks in his recovery, per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. The veteran receiver won't be eligible to come off the reserve/PUP list until Week 5 at the earliest, and his return could still take longer than that if a ramp-up period at practice is needed.
