Broncos' Riley Dixon: Inks deal with Denver
Dixon signed a contract with the Broncos on Tuesday.
Dixon joined the Rams ahead of the 2022 campaign and averaged 41.7 net yards per punt and landed 19 inside the 20-yard line. The eighth-year punter has played for three different teams and currently holds a career 45.8-yard average.

Rams' Riley Dixon: Agrees to deal with SB champs
Dixon signed a contract with the Rams on Tuesday.
Dixon served as the Giants' primary punter for the last four seasons, but he was released by New York this offseason. As of now, he's slated to be the reigning Super Bowl champion's Week 1 punter after the Rams released Johnny Hekker, who had been with the team for a decade, in March.

The Giants placed Dixon on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Dixon has either tested positive for the virus or come into close contact with an infected person. The Giants promoted Ryan Santoso from the practice squad earlier this week to cover for Dixon and kicker Graham Gano, who was placed on the COVID-19 list Tuesday. With the Giants on a Week 11 bye, there is enough time for both Dixon and Gano to clear the league's protocols and play in Week 12 against the Bengals.

Giants' Riley Dixon: Receives three-year extension
Dixon signed a three-year extension with the Giants on Sunday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
The Giants acquired Dixon from the Broncos in April 2018, and he's being rewarded for averaging 47.0 yards per punt with a 42.8 net through 12 games this season. The terms of the contract remain unclear, but the 26-year-old is set to be in New York through 2022.

When former Raiders' punter Marquette King signed with the Broncos, it was almost certain Dixon would be traded. Dixon accrued 162 punts over his first two seasons and averaged 45.7 yards per punt, with 51 of those landing inside the 20.
