Saints' Ugo Amadi: Leading tackler Week 13
Amadi recorded nine tackles (eight solo) and one pass defended during Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Rams.
Amadi tallied at least eight tackles for the third game in a row, finishing with the Saints' team-high figure in this category. The 5-foot-9 defensive back has taken on an increased role since Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) was traded to Washington on Nov. 5. Amadi has also played at least 90 percent of offensive snaps in each game since taking over as New Orleans' top nickelback. He should remain productive so long as he remains in this role moving forward.

Saints' Ugo Amadi: Continues to produce
Amadi recorded nine total tackles (four solo) in Sunday's 35-14 win over the Browns.
Amadi has taken full advantage of his increased opportunities since Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) was traded to the Commanders on Nov. 5, tallying 18 total tackles, including three tackles for loss, across New Orleans' last two games. He appears to have secured the Saints' starting slot corner position and is expected to line up alongside Alontae Taylor and Kool-Aid McKinstry in the secondary as the season progresses.

Saints' Ugo Amadi: Capitalizes on opportunity Sunday
Amadi logged nine tackles (all solo), including three for loss, in Sunday's 20-17 Week 10 win against Atlanta.
With Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) traded to Washington last Tuesday, Amadi logged 100 percent of New Orleans' defensive snaps for the first time this season. He played well, finishing with a season-high nine stops, including three tackles for loss. Amadi also made a huge play on the final snap of the game, making a nice tackle of Ray-Ray McCloud to keep the wideout in bounds and force the clock to expire to ensure a narrow Saints victory.

Saints' Ugo Amadi: Questionable for Sunday at Packers
Amadi (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Green Bay, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Amadi was able to practice in a limited capacity both Thursday and Friday, so perhaps he's closer to the probable end of questionable than a true 50/50 to play. Either way, he's not likely to see much work outside of the special teams unit in Week 3.

Titans' Ugo Amadi: Healthy scratch
Amadi (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Commanders, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Amadi was forced to miss the Titans' last two games with an ankle injury. He returned to a full practice Wednesday and didn't carry an injury tag, so it appears that coach Mike Vrabel has decided to lean on Andrew Adams as the backup free safety against the Commanders.

Amadi will sit out for a second consecutive week with an ankle injury he presumably sustained Week 2 at Buffalo. It's unclear when he'll be able to return, and for now, Josh Kalu could be in line to start alongside Kevin Byard at safety Sunday with Amani Hooker (concussion) also having been ruled out.

Titans' Ugo Amadi: Ruled out for Week 3
Amadi (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Raiders, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Amadi played 38 defensive snaps and recorded five tackles during the season opener, but he saw a substantially smaller role during Monday's blowout loss to the Bills. It's unclear when he picked up the injury, but Amadi has been sidelined for every practice this week. In his absence, Lonnie Johnson could see more snaps as a nickel back.

Titans' Ugo Amadi: Headed to Tennessee
Philadelphia traded Amadi to the Titans on Wednesday in a deal involving late 2024 draft picks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
After he was traded to the Eagles from Seattle just over a week ago, Amadi is slated to join his third team this calendar month. He should now be expected to play a depth role in the Titans' defensive backfield behind Kevin Byard and Amani Hooker in 2022.

Eagles' Ugo Amadi: Dealt to Eagles
Seattle traded Amadi to Philadelphia on Monday in exchange for J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
The Seahawks apparently had planned to simply cut Amadi before the trade for Arcega-Whiteside materialized. He has registered more than 50 tackles each of the past two seasons, so he'll provide some welcome depth in the defensive backfield and serve as a seasoned special-teams contributor for the Eagles.
