Williams signed a one-year, $3 million contract with the Seahawks on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Williams suffered a torn ACL in December, but he passed a physical and began talking to teams July 24. The 27-year-old should be an upgrade for Seattle's offensive line and the favorite to be the team's new starting center in 2024.
