Douglas (foot) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Bills, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Douglas failed to log a practice this week and will likely not play Sunday against his former team. Ethan Bonner and Jason Marshall are in line to split snaps at outside corner in the absence of Douglas. If the 30-year-old cornerback ends up ruled out, he will have his next chance to return to the field in Week 11 against the Commanders.

Dolphins' Rasul Douglas: Unable to practice again
Douglas (foot) is not practicing Thursday, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.
Douglas looks to be trending in the wrong direction for Sunday's divisional matchup against Buffalo due to a foot injury suffered during last Thursday's loss to Baltimore. If Douglas isn't able to face the Bills, defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver said a combination of Ethan Bonner and Jason Marshall will work at outside cornerback across from Jack Jones, per Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, presumably leaving JuJu Brents to cover the slot.

Dolphins' Rasul Douglas: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Douglas (foot) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Douglas sustained what was originally reported as a toe injury during the second half of the Dolphins' Week 9 loss to the Ravens, finishing with six tackles (three solo). Team medical staff has rediagnosed the injury as a foot issue following further tests, and it is severe enough for the veteran corner to sit out of Wednesday's practice. Douglas will have two more opportunities to return to practice and give himself a chance at being available for Sunday's AFC East clash against the Bills.

Dolphins' Rasul Douglas: Tallies six tackles before exit
Douglas (toe) registered six tackles (three solo) during the Dolphins' 28-6 loss to the Ravens on Thursday.
Four of Douglas' six tackles came in the first half, but he left in the third quarter due to a toe injury and was unable to return. It was the third time in five games that he logged at least six tackles in a game, and the veteran corner has 36 tackles (25 solo), including 1.0 sacks, five pass defenses and one forced fumble through nine regular-season games. Douglas' practice participation during Week 10 prep will provide clarity on his chances of playing against the Bills on Sunday, Nov. 9.

Dolphins' Rasul Douglas: Signs with Miami
The Dolphins signed Douglas to a one-year, $3 million contract Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Douglas turns 30 years old later this week and is coming off a 2024 season in Buffalo where he started all 15 regular-season games in which he appeared, logging 58 tackles (43 solo), five pass breakups and one forced fumble. Miami is essentially starting from scratch with its secondary this season, and Douglas figures to play a prominent role.
