Chiefs' Jaylon Moore: Headed to Kansas City
Moore (quadriceps) is slated to sign a two-year, $30 million contract with the Chiefs on Wednesday, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.
Moore finished last season with the 49ers on injured reserve, but with a new deal inked, he appears to be healthy and ready to be Kansas City's left tackle. The Western Michigan product operated primarily as a backup in San Francisco but did start 12 regular-season games over four seasons with the 49ers, including five last season.

49ers' Jaylon Moore: Placed on injured reserve
The 49ers placed Moore (quadriceps) on injured reserve Wednesday.
Moore's season is over after he suffered a quadriceps injury during the team's Week 16 loss versus the Dolphins. The 26-year-old will now shift his focus to getting healthy for the 2025 campaign.

Moore (quadriceps) is out for the remainder of the 2024 regular season, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.
Moore suffered a quadriceps injury in Sunday's loss to the Dolphins, which will now sideline him for the team's final two games of the 2024 campaign. Spencer Burford (calf) replaced Moore at left tackle versus Miami, but his status is currently uncertain for Week 17 versus the Lions on Monday Night Football.

Moore (quadriceps) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
With Trent Williams (ankle) inactive for Sunday's game, Spencer Burford will come into the game at left tackle for as long as Moore is sidelined.

Moore (concussion) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Moore was able to finish San Francisco's week of practice with back-to-back full sessions, and he's good to go for Sunday after clearing concussion protocol, per Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com. Expect the 25-year-old to continue serving as one of the 49ers' top reserve tackles in Week 18.

49ers' Jaylon Moore: Starts preseason finale
Moore (knee) started Friday's 23-12 preseason loss against the Chargers.
Moore sustained a bone bruise and had to be carted off the field during training camp practice Aug. 3. The 2021 fifth-round pick now appears to be healthy heading into the regular season, and he should serve as a backup left tackle behind All-Pro Trent Williams.
