Jets' Quinnen Williams: Gets to Brissett on Thursday
Williams registered two solo tackles, including 1.0 sacks, in Thursday's 24-3 win over the Patriots.
Williams sacked Jacoby Brissett for a 12-yard loss midway through the third quarter, which forced the Patriots to punt on the next play. It was Williams' first sack of the year after he posted 5.5 sacks in the 2023 regular season. The 2019 first-round pick will look to disrupt the Broncos' offensive line in Week 4.

Jets' Quinnen Williams: Dealing with shoulder issue
Williams missed practice Thursday with a shoulder injury, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Coach Robert Saleh said he's not concerned about Williams, so it doesn't sound like a long-term issue. Williams made all 17 starts in 2023, but his sack total dipped from 12 in 2022 to 5.5 last season. Williams will be looking to get after the quarterback more this season in what is still a strong Jets defense.
