  • Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Not playing Sunday

Bateman (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Cleveland.

Bateman emerged from this past Sunday's game with an ankle sprain that resulted in him wearing a walking boot afterward. He then didn't practice Wednesday through Friday before the Ravens made a ruling on his status for Week 11. Zay Flowers will lead Baltimore's group of wide receivers Sunday, while DeAndre Hopkins, Tylan Wallace, Devontez Walker and LaJohntay Wester are the other options at the position on the active roster. Bateman's next chance for game action is Sunday, Nov. 23 against the Jets.

  • Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Not practicing yet

Bateman (ankle) wasn't spotted at practice Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Bateman, who also didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, is thus trending toward not being available Sunday against the Browns. If that ends up being the case, DeAndre Hopkins and Tylan Wallace would likely see added WR snaps alongside Zay Flowers this weekend.

  • Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Another DNP on Thursday

Bateman (ankle) isn't practicing Thursday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Bateman has missed Baltimore's first two practices after spraining his ankle in the Week 10 win over the Vikings. He'll likely need to practice in some capacity Friday to avoid being ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns. Tylan Wallace, LaJohntay Wester and Devontez Walker would be candidates for additional playing time alongside Zay Flowers and DeAndre Hopkins if Bateman doesn't play.

  • Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Misses practice Wednesday

Bateman (ankle) is not participating in the early portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Bateman is managing an ankle sprain sustained during Baltimore's win over the Vikings in Week 10, and he now has just two opportunities left to get back on the practice field ahead of Sunday's divisional road matchup against Cleveland. Meanwhile, star quarterback Lamar Jackson (undisclosed) is also absent from Wednesday's practice, meaning the health of the Ravens' offense overall could be in flux for Week 11.

  • Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Managing ankle sprain

Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Bateman sustained an ankle sprain during Sunday's win over the Vikings, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Bateman's injury forced him to don a walking boot after Sunday's win, but Harbaugh said he expects the veteran wideout "to be OK." Harbaugh declined to specify whether Bateman is expected to miss any time, per Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun, so his practice activity this week will be telling. In the event that Bateman isn't able to suit up on the road against Cleveland on Sunday, Nov. 16, wideouts DeAndre Hopkins and Tylan Wallace, as well as No. 2 tight end Isaiah Likely, could benefit from increased target opportunities.

  • Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Manages one long gain in win

Bateman caught two of four targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 30-16 win over the Bears.

The fifth-year wideout once again didn't see much target volume, but Bateman managed to make an impact with a 36-yard reception in the third quarter that helped set up a field goal. He's seen more than four targets only once in seven games this season, no matter whether Lamar Jackson (hamstring), Tyler Huntley or Cooper Rush has been under center, leaving Bateman with a 13-171-1 line on 26 targets on the season. Even if Jackson is able to return in Week 9 against the Dolphins, Bateman may not be able to benefit much.

  • Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Held to one catch Sunday

Bateman had one catch for eight yards on two targets Sunday against the Rams.

Lamar Jackson's absence continued to be a massive limiting factor on the Baltimore passing game Sunday. However, Bateman's involvement waned a bit as he played just 56 percent of the snaps, a season low. His cold stretch precedes Jackson's absence, too. His best game thus far was five catches for 63 yards and a score against the Lions in Week 3. Outside of that game, Bateman has six catches for 57 yards on the year. The Ravens are on a bye Week 7, and the hope is that the impending Jackson return will revitalize the floundering Baltimore offense.
