The Falcons signed O'Neal (undisclosed) to their practice squad Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
O'Neal spent time with the Buccaneers this offseason before being waived from their injured reserve with an injury settlement in September. Now healthy again, the 25-year-old can provide extra depth along the interior of the offensive line should the team choose to elevate him at some point this season.
