Jaguars' Tevaughn Campbell: Finds new home
Campbell signed with the Jaguars on Thursday.
Campbell's signing comes one day after Jacksonville placed Shaquill Griffin (back) on IR. The 29-year-old was waived from injured reserve by the Chargers in September after playing in 16 games for them last season. Campbell finished the 2021 season having recorded 40 tackles, four passes defensed, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and a defensive touchdown. Campbell will likely shore up the depth in the Jaguars' secondary, although he could earn a bigger role as he adapts to his new team.

Jaguars' Tevaughn Campbell: Won't debut Sunday
Campbell (not injury related) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Broncos.
Campbell signed with the Jaguars on Thursday following the placement of Shaquill Griffin (back) on injured reserve. Campbell will remain out for Week 8 as he presumably tries to learn his new team's playbook. The undrafted defensive back appeared in 30 contests over the last two campaigns with the Chargers, but he's yet to play in a game this season.

Tevaughn Campbell: Lands workout with Bears
Campbell (undisclosed) received a tryout with Chicago on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Campbell was placed on IR by the Chargers on Aug. 25 and waived Sept. 13. However, the 29-year-old appears to be fully recovered from whatever injury he was dealing with. Now healthy, if he is unable to get a deal with the Bears, he'll likely continue to pursue opportunities elsewhere.

Tevaughn Campbell: Let go Tuesday
Campbell (undisclosed) was waived from IR on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Campbell reverted to IR on Aug. 25 after going unclaimed on the waiver wire. The 29-year-old was originally considered day-to-day with a soft tissue injury at the start of camp, but he was unable to recover enough to compete. Campbell now will be free to find an opportunity elsewhere once he is healthy.

Chargers' Tevaughn Campbell: Reverts to injured reserve
Campbell (undisclosed) reverted to IR on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Campbell was believed to be dealing with a soft tissue injury that left him with a day-to-day recovery time. However, he was eventually waived with an injury designation, and he reverted to IR after clearing waivers. If Vaughn is able to reach an injury settlement with the team, he'll be free to pursue opportunities with other clubs.
