  • Ravens' Adisa Isaac: Suffers setback with elbow injury

Head coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Isaac had a "setback" with his elbow injury and isn't close to a return from injured reserve, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Isaac started the season on IR after undergoing surgery on a dislocated elbow that he suffered in mid-August during a preseason game. He was expected to miss only the first half of the 2025 season, but the second-year linebacker will need more time to rehab from his procedure.

  • Ravens' Adisa Isaac: Officially goes to IR

Baltimore placed Isaac (elbow) on its injured reserve list Tuesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Isaac was already expected to miss half of the 2025 season after dislocating his elbow during the Ravens' second preseason game at Dallas, but it's now certain he'll have to miss at least the first four games of the year. He was designated for return by Baltimore, which means he'll be allowed to play once healthy starting in Week 5 versus the Texans. Until he returns, rookie second-rounder Mike Green projects to see a higher share of snaps on the edge.

  • Ravens' Adisa Isaac: Might miss half the season

Isaac needs surgery on the dislocated elbow he suffered during Saturday's preseason game against Dallas and is expected be placed on injured reserve after final roster cutdowns, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

The 2024 third-round pick out of Penn State will likely miss at least half of his second NFL season, per Zrebiec. As a rookie, Isaac only appeared in four games and on 30 defensive snaps due to injuries and coach's decisions. Even if he's able to return in 2025, the outside linebacker faces stiff competition for snaps in the form of Odafe Oweh, Kyle Van Noy and 2025 second-rounder Mike Green.

  • Ravens' Adisa Isaac: Suffers dislocated elbow

Isaac suffered a dislocated elbow in Saturday's preseason game against Dallas and will be sidelined for a few weeks, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

A third-round pick out of Penn State last year, Isaac appeared in just four regular-season games as a rookie, logging four tackles (two solo) and one pass breakup. Now expected to miss multiple weeks, Isaac could be viewed as a candidate to be placed on injured reserve in Baltimore.

  • Ravens' Adisa Isaac: Past hamstring injury

Isaac (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Isaac was sidelined for the Ravens' Week 15 win over the Giants due to a hamstring injury, but Wednesday's full practice indicates he's since moved past the issue. With the 2024 third-round pick from Penn State back at full health, he's expected to serve as one of Baltimore's top backup edge rushers for the remainder of the season.
