Gardner exited in the second half of Sunday's game against the Vikings to be evaluated for a head injury.
Gardner headed to the blue medical tent on the Jets' sideline after he collided with teammate Quincy Williams, according to Al Iannazzone of Newsday. If Gardner is determined to have suffered a concussion, he'll be ruled out for the remainder of the game and enter the league's five-step protocol.
