Falcons' Avery Williams: Operates primarily as returner
Williams returned one punt for 11 yards and one kickoff for 22 yards during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles.
Williams saw his first two offensive snaps of the season but didn't record a touch. He has 39 punt-return yards through two weeks and appears to have solidified himself as the Falcons' top return man.

Falcons' Matthew Judon: Records sack in win
Judon finished with six tackles (three solo), including a sack, during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles.
After recording 0.5 sacks in the season opener, Judon got his first solo sack in Week 2. The veteran was the only Falcon who got to Jalen Hurts in the backfield during Monday Night Football, which is precisely why Atlanta traded for Judon this offseason. In 2021 and 2022, Judon totaled 28 sacks for the Patriots, and he's currently on pace to reach double-digit sacks for the third time in his career.

Falcons' Troy Andersen: Plays more sans Landman
Andersen registered eight tackles (four solo) during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles.
With Nate Landman (pectoral) on injured reserve, Andersen stepped into a starting role in Week 2. As long as Landman remains out, Andersen is a quality IDP option, especially in leagues prioritizing tackles. As a rookie in 2022, Andersen played more than 50 defensive snaps in a game only twice, totaling 19 tackles during those contests. He also compiled 19 tackles in his first two appearances last year but missed the rest of the campaign due to a pectoral injury.

Falcons' Kaden Elliss: Double-digit tackles
Elliss posted 11 tackles (six solo) during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles.
For a second straight week, Elliss played every single defensive snap. The veteran linebacker has 20 tackles through two games, which is well ahead of his pace from last season -- his first with the Falcons. In 2023, Elliss recorded 122 tackles, including 4.0 sacks, across 17 appearances.

Falcons' Jessie Bates: Game-sealing interception on MNF
Bates recorded 12 tackles (seven solo), two pass defenses and one interception during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles.
After a quiet Week 1, Bates stole the defensive show during Monday Night Football. He posted a game-high 12 tackles and secured the Falcons' win after intercepting Jalen Hurts with 20 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Bates had a career-high six interceptions during his first season in Atlanta last year.

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Perfect in Monday's win
Koo made all three field-goal attempts and his only extra-point try during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles.
In order, Koo made field goals from 39, 22 and 34 yards. Arguably, his most difficult kick was the go-ahead extra point with 34 seconds left in the fourth quarter after Kirk Cousins found Drake London wide-open for a touchdown. Koo also had an extra-point opportunity taken away, as the Falcons aggressively decided to go for a two-point conversion after taking a 15-10 lead late in the third quarter. Koo has yet to miss a kick through two games but hasn't attempted a field goal past 40 yards.

Falcons' Ray-Ray McCloud: Secures three receptions in win
McCloud caught three of five targets for 42 yards during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles. He also rushed once for three yards.
After leading the Falcons in targets while playing only 48 percent of the offensive snaps in Week 1, McCloud played every offensive snap during Monday Night Football. He finished third on the team in receiving yards behind Darnell Mooney (3-88-1) and Drake London (6-54-1). McCloud was also called for an unnecessary roughness penalty after one of his catches in the second quarter, but that didn't impact his role in the second half. While his production and playing time to start the campaign are encouraging, it remains unclear how many viable fantasy wideouts the Falcons' new-look offense can sustain, especially if tight end Kyle Pitts gets going.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Move involved in Week 2
Allgeier rushed nine times for 53 yards and caught his lone target for 12 yards during Monday's 22-21 win over the Eagles.
After three touches in nine offensive snaps during Week 1, Allgeier touched the ball on 10 of his 13 offensive snaps during Monday Night Football. However, starting RB Bijan Robinson was the star of the Falcons' offense all night, totaling 19 touches for 101 yards. Allgeier's snap count through two games suggests he's nothing more than an insurance policy, but his 6.2 yards per carry tells a different story. While that's likely unsustainable, Allgeier's efficient night might earn him more opportunities moving forward.
