  • Cowboys' KaVontae Turpin: Busy as returner in Week 14

Turpin gained four rushing yards on his lone carry, caught both his targets for 26 yards and accumulated 176 yards on seven kickoff returns in Thursday's loss to the Lions.

The 176 return yards were a season high for Turpin, who got plenty of opportunities as the Dallas defense gave up five touchdowns and 44 points to Detroit. Turpin's 1,212 kickoff return yards in 2025 are a career high, putting him third in the NFL behind the Titans' Chimere Dike (1,282) and the Vikings' Myles Price (1,227), but his role on offense remains limited -- through 11 games, he's turned 34 total touches into 353 scrimmage yards and a receiving TD.

  • Cowboys' Malik Davis: Limited carries again

Davis gained six rushing yards on three carries in Thursday's loss to the Lions.

For the fourth straight game, Davis saw either three or four totes while working as the No. 2 back for the Cowboys behind Javonte Williams. Thursday's production was by far his lowest during that stretch, however -- a disappointing showing after he broke free for a 43-yard TD in Week 13. As long as Williams remains healthy, Davis will remain little more than a dart throw for fantasy purposes.

  • Cowboys' Shavon Revel: Posts six tackles on TNF

Revel logged six tackles (four solo) during the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday.

The rookie third-rounder finished with the third-most tackles on the Cowboys behind DaRon Bland and DeMarvion Overshown (seven each). Revel struggled on coverage and was unable to recover enough in his zone assignment to break up a 12-yard touchdown pass from Jared Goff to Isaac TeSlaa early in the third quarter. Revel has accumulated 15 takcles (nine solo) and one pass defense through four regular-season games.

  • Cowboys' DeMarvion Overshown: Logs seven tackles vs. Detroit

Overshown tallied seven tackles (three solo) during the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday.

Overshown played 47 of 62 defensive snaps (75.8 percent) and he co-led the Cowboys in combined tackles with DaRon Bland. Overshown has logged at least five tackles in each of his last three games and has accumulated 19 stops (10 solo) in the four games since being activated from the PUP list in mid-November.

  • Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Optimism for Week 15

Head coach Brian Schottenheimer relayed to reporters Friday that Lamb "had a good day" one day after sustaining a concussion during the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Lamb was in the midst of his most productive game of the season Thursday before exiting in the third quarter due to a concussion. He and the Cowboys have additional time to rest and recover ahead of their Week 15 clash against the Vikings on Sunday, Dec. 14, but the sixth-year wideout will have to pass an evaluation administered by an independent neurologist in order to clear the league's concussion protocol. If Lamb were to miss time, George Pickens would assume the WR1 spot and Ryan Flournoy, KaVontae Turpin, Jalen Tolbert and Jake Ferguson all would be in line for more work in the passing game.

  • Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Productive night in loss

Ferguson secured five of seven targets for 58 yards and caught a two-point conversion pass in the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday night.

The talented tight end finished a distant third in receiving yards for the Cowboys on the night, but Ferguson turned in another productive performance he rounded out with his one scoring grab. Ferguson now has three consecutive five-catch efforts and at least 50 receiving yards in three of the last five contests heading into a Week 15 home matchup against the Vikings on Sunday night, Dec. 14.

  • Cowboys' Javonte Williams: Gets into end zone in loss

Williams rushed 17 times for 67 yards and a touchdown while bringing in two of four targets for no gain in the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday night.

Williams put together a workmanlike effort that included his ninth rushing touchdown of the campaign on a one-yard run early in the third quarter. The veteran back eclipsed the 60-yard mark on the ground for the fourth time in the last five games, although he averaged under 4.0 yards per carry for the second straight contest. Williams also crossed the 1,000-yard mark for the season with Thursday's production, and he'll look to exploit a vulnerable Vikings run defense in a Week 15 Sunday night home matchup on Dec. 14.

  • Cowboys' George Pickens: Modest yardage on five catches

Pickens brought in five of nine targets for 37 yards in the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday night.

It was a largely forgettable night for Pickens, who somehow finished with his lowest yardage total since Week 1 on a night when Dak Prescott threw for a season-high 376 yards on 47 pass attempts and CeeDee Lamb left the game early in the second half due to a concussion. Pickens did reach the five-catch threshold for the sixth straight game, but he also had a ball bounce off his hands on the first play of the second half that resulted in a Lions interception. Pickens also appeared to have a chance to come down with a deep throw from Prescott just before the two-minute warning but never appeared to make an attempt to catch the ball, and he'd been flagged for a facemask penalty earlier in the contest as well to wipe out a reception. Naturally, the good has far outweighed the bad when it comes to Pickens' debut Cowboys campaign, but he'll need to bounce back in a Week 15 home matchup against the Vikings on Sunday night, Dec. 14, especially if Lamb remains out.

  • Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Benefits from Lamb absence

Flournoy secured nine of 13 targets for 115 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday night.

CeeDee Lamb's early third-quarter exit due to a concussion and a game script that led to 47 pass attempts for Dak Prescott conspired to afford Flournoy ample opportunity the second-year wideout took full advantage of. Flournoy finished with career highs in receptions, receiving yards and targets, while also setting the pace in the first and third categories for the Cowboys on the night. Flournoy was also on the receiving end of Prescott's one touchdown pass, recording a 42-yard scoring grab down the right side of the field in the fourth quarter. Flournoy now boasts a 29-349-3 line on the season heading into a Week 15 home matchup against the Vikings on Sunday night, Dec. 14 that he could play a starting role for if Lamb can't clear protocol in time.
