Jets' Demario Davis: Plays all defensive snaps in win
Davis made eight tackles (four solo) and had one pass defensed over 50 defensive snaps in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Titans.
Davis was on the field for every Jets defensive snap in the contest. The linebacker also led the team in tackles in his first game as a Jet. Davis signed a two-year, $22 million contract with the team in March.

Jets' Jamien Sherwood: Four tackles in win

Jets' Minkah Fitzpatrick: Expected to miss multiple weeks
Fitzpatrick (groin) is expected to miss two to three weeks, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
Fitzpatrick suffered a groin injury during the 23-10 victory over the Titans in Week 1. For now, the 29-year-old should at least be considered doubtful for the Week 2 meeting with Green Bay, though he isn't expected to be back on the field until Week 4 versus the Bears, at the earliest. There's also a chance Fitzpatrick is added to the Injured Reserve list.

Jets' Omar Cooper: Considered week-to-week
Cooper (ankle) is "week-to-week," and the hope is he returns "within the next four weeks," Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Cooper underwent an MRI after spraining his ankle in Sunday's victory over the Titans, and per the report he received "positive news" and could be back at some point in the next month. Isaiah Williams picked up the bulk of the work in Cooper's place in Week 1, and he figures to see extra snaps until the rookie first-round pick is ready to return.

Jets' Jason Sanders: Reverts to New York's practice squad
Sanders reverted to the Jets' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Sanders was elevated to be the starting kicker for the Jets' 23-10 win over the Titans on Sunday. The 30-year-old made three of his four field-goal attempts and both of his PATs, totaling 11 points as he battles Blake Grupe to maintain a role with the team. Sanders made field goals from 33, 51 and 52 yards while missing from 54 yards.

Jets' Isaiah Davis: Doesn't see offensive playing time Week 1
Davis didn't have any output in the box score during the Jets' win over the Titans on Sunday.
Davis didn't see the field on offense with Breece Hall and Braelon Allen handling the workload at running back. The 2024 fifth-round pick did play 18 snaps on special teams and likely will continue to be limited to a similar role unless either Hall or Allen is forced to miss time.

Ruckert played 43 percent of the offensive snaps for the Jets, showing the team's inclination towards 13-personnel. Despite slotting in as the No. 3 tight end, Ruckert seems slated to be regularly involved as a blocker and occasional tertiary target.

Jets' Mason Taylor: Minimal production in Week 1
Taylor caught two of three targets for minus-2 yards in the Jets' 23-10 win over the Titans on Sunday.
Taylor got the start at tight end and played 44 of 67 offensive snaps. He ran 16 routes on Geno Smith's 26 dropbacks but had a laughable zero-yard average depth of target, giving him no chance to produce much in the box score. Taylor has next to no fantasy value in the Jets' low-volume passing offense that will feature Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall first and foremost.

Jets' Adonai Mitchell: Hauls in 40-yard pass Week 1
Mitchell caught all three of his passes for 60 yards during the Jets' 23-10 win over the Titans on Sunday.
Mitchell connected with Geno Smith on a 40-yard pass early in the third quarter to set the Jets up in the red zone, leading to a Breece Hall four-yard touchdown run two plays later. Mitchell's catch was the longest play of the game for the Jets, and that deep-threat ability is a big reason why New York acquired him from Indianapolis last November. Mitchell's 46 snaps on offense were second-most among Jets wide receivers behind Garrett Wilson (50), though the former's extended playing time was partially due to an ankle injury that ended Omar Cooper's day early. The Jets will welcome in the Packers for Week 2 on Sept. 20.

Jets' Isaiah Williams: Catches one pass in opener
Williams caught his lone target for seven yards in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Titans.
There was some buzz during the summer that Williams had passed first-round rookie Omar Cooper on the depth chart. Cooper ended up playing more with the offense to begin the Jets' Week 1 game against Tennessee, but he suffered a sprained ankle at the end of a 30-yard catch in the first quarter, allowing Williams to soak up more playing time behind Garrett Wilson and Adonai Mitchell. Williams played 40 of 67 offensive snaps but was targeted on just one of his 19 routes.

Jets' Braelon Allen: Handles 10 carries behind workhorse Hall
Allen rushed 10 times for 40 yards in the Jets' 23-10 win over the Titans on Sunday.
Allen failed to secure his lone target in the pass game. With Breece Hall past his groin issue, he operated as the clear RB1 in a workhorse role, rushing 22 times for 102 yards and one touchdown while adding two catches for 16 yards. Hall out-snapped Allen 39 to 27, cementing the former as an RB2 with RB1 upside for fantasy, especially if the Jets can get into positive game scripts like they had in Tennessee on Sunday. Allen is an upper-tier fantasy bench stash at the position.

Jets' Geno Smith: Works as game manager in Week 1 win
Smith completed 19 of 24 passes for 215 yards while rushing six times for seven yards in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Titans.
Smith kept the offense on schedule but wasn't asked to do too much as the Jets rode their running game and defense to a convincing Week 1 win. There will likely be more pass-heavy game scripts to come, possibly as soon as Week 2 against the Packers, but Smith gave the Jets refreshingly competent quarterback play despite his modest yardage total to win the first game of his second stint with the team. Smith showed a nice connection with wide receivers Garrett Wilson and Adonai Mitchell, connecting with them on nine of 10 targets for 139 yards.

Jets' Kenyon Sadiq: Creeps into No. 1 TE conversation
Sadiq caught all three of his targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Titans. He added one rush for a three-yard touchdown.
Sadiq caught one more pass than current listed No. 1 tight end Mason Taylor, and his 31 yards dwarfed Taylor's negative two. The first-round rookie also showcased his versatility when he scored a three-yard rushing touchdown on an end-around early in the first quarter. Sadiq could eventually take over as the primary big-bodied option for the Jets now that he is fully healthy and has experienced the NFL regular season.
