Eagles' Byron Young: Logs full practice Wednesday
Young (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Young has been on injured reserve since late October due to a hamstring injury. He returned to practice last week and was a full participant in all three sessions, but he wasn't able to progress enough in his recovery to play in this past Sunday's NFC wild-card game against the Packers. If Young is able to practice in full all of this week, he would have a good chance of being activated off IR ahead of Sunday's NFC divisional-round clash against the Rams.

Eagles' Trevor Keegan: Past illness
Keegan (illness) was not listed on the Eagles' injury report Wednesday.
Keegan was unable to play in the Eagles' NFC wild-card game against the Packers due to an illness. He doesn't appear to be under the weather anymore, and barring any setbacks, the rookie fifth-round pick should be able to suit up in Sunday's NFC divisional-round clash against the Rams.

Eagles' A.J. Brown: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Brown (knee/rest) didn't practice Wednesday.
Brown continues to manage a knee issue, with the wideout indicating that his non-participation Wednesday is part of that plan and that he's slated to practice Thursday, per Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia. Assuming no setbacks, look for Brown to practice fully by Friday and approach Sunday's divisional-round game against the Rams without an injury designation.
